Where do you start.......

Classic Photography was created over 15 years ago purely out of our passion for photography & the perfect image, but over the years our continued need to be creative, to tell stories with our cameras grew so much that the business turned into what it is today..... our life!

Jane & I decided that after our family was complete (we have 3 kids who have all been well & truly photographed) we finally decided to get married, and it is what we discovered & our experience planning our big day that changed our service to what it is today, after all on your wedding day its all about having a fun relaxed day, full of love.

Over the years our passion for photography has rewarded both of us with many achievements,laughs & awards most importantly in 2010 being one of only 5 photographers reaching the Kodak UK Wedding Photographer of the year final & at the North West Professional Photography awards the title of Wedding Photographer of the Year for 2008, 2009, 2010 & again in 2011 AND also the accolade of Wedding Album of the year for 2009, 2010 & 2011, an achievement we are extremely proud of. In 2010 we also became an ambassador for Graphistudio, the worlds largest supplier of contemporary wedding albums, with Graphistudio using our experience & images to show of their products to other photographers.

Jane & I are the luckiest people in the world, not only do we have the best job in the world travelling all over the country photographing gorgeous people happy & in love, but also being at the beginning of their new journey & documenting with our images two peoples lives change forever.
