Where are you based?

We are based in Wigan nr Manchester but Wigan only accounts for 60% of our business as,mainly due to recommendations, we do shoot weddings all over the UK & Internationally.Contact the studio for more details.

What's your style of photography?

We have photographed weddings in all styles over the years, from ultra formal military weddings right the way to weddings were we haven’t spoken to anybody & just shot in a reportage style so to define our style is difficult but on our wedding shoots 80% of the images are true reportage,candid shots, throw in a few formal family shots & the rest is pure GLAMOUR!

What's the price of your Wedding Albums?

We price on coverage.The price is when do you want us to start to when do you want us to finish, we have 4 ranges from just service & reception to the full day incl bridal preperations to the first dance. Our most popular coverage is from the Bride getting ready right through to the end of the speeches, with unlimited photographs taken.This captures the tears & emotion of the ceremony & joy & laughter of the speeches.Our coverage starts from £1290 upwards.

Do your packages include an Album?

Quite simply YES!

All our ranges of coverage are presented in an album.To keep things simple unlike other photographers we dont work on amount of photos in your album,we work on pages.So the longer the coverage ,the more pages so the more photographs you can have.Secondly again to keep things simple you can choose any album we do from the contemporary bespoke cut card overlay albums to the popular storybook albums where the photos are printed directly to the page.All you do is email your must have photo numbers to the studio & we will design the album adding extra photos to tell the full story of your big day, you then call into our studio where you can preview your album & make any changes you wish.Then when your happy its sent to production.Why do we take this much care ...because your album is our next recommendation.

Why 2 Photographers?

Simple, better coverage.Jane photographs the bridal preparations & I cover the groom & arrivals, then when the bride arrives Jane shoots the candid & detail shots during the day I cover the rest.We find this not only gives a more complete coverage but also a much faster coverage, after all you don’t want to spend all day on photographs.

Are you the only Photographers or do you send Staff photographers?

ALL our wedding are covered personally by both Jane & myself. Over the past 15 years I have covered nearly 1000 weddings & during my Professional Career many ‘photographers’ have asked to work either for me or with me but none have made the grade both with the standard of their photography & personal attributes towards what is required from my clients. Not only is Jane my wife but also one of the most forward thinking photographers I have met, who’s photographic opinions have been taken onboard by national companies, and who better to work with than somebody who not only has been involved in my style of photography for the same time as myself, but also has a vested interest in our business & its success and not 'just going thru a passing phase'.

Can I view samples & How do I book you?

You can either call into our studio & view many sample wedding albums and portfolios or view the featured albums on our website.To book & confirm your wedding date all we require is a deposit of £200.00 this can be paid by card,cash or cheque but please be aware most clients book our services upto 2 years in advance so not to miss out,after all you dont want second best on the best day of your life.

Why are awards important to Bride & Grooms?

Firstly be careful when a photographer says ‘awards’. The awards that I have been awarded are from the 2 main professional bodies, the Master Photographers assoc (MPA) & British Institute of Professional Photographers (BIPP). These bodies are for full time professional photographers only, other photographer societies exist but anybody can join (you don’t even have to be a photographer).

Secondly the awards that I enter are designed to test not only photographic skill but also stretch the boundaries of photography so as photographers both Jane & I never stand still we are always looking for that different angle,that new technique, that winning image.
